3. Prices and payment

3.1 All prices shown in our store include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated) and are expressed in euros (€).

3.2 Payment may be made using the methods available at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal or other methods offered by our payment gateway.

3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price invoiced will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, but generally ranges from 7 to 14 business days.

4.2 Olivia & Charlotte Sydney is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes or events beyond our control.

4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without needing to give a reason.

5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by email at oliviaandcharlottesupport@gmail.com, stating:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Photos of the product (in the event of a defect)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).

5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all its accessories, clean and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of products that are used, damaged or returned without valid justification.

6. Legal warranty

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established by applicable law.

6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement or, in some cases, a refund, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Olivia & Charlotte Sydney shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website.

7.2 We reserve the right to modify the content of the site at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the country from which Olivia & Charlotte Sydney operates.
